This is a 2 hour small-group session designed for women wanting to navigate menopause and perimenopause together.
You'll gain clarity, connection, and an action plan through expert education, shared insights, and personalised support.

*Groups and payment collection must be organised by the participants prior to the session, but only one booking is required per group.
Investment: $1000 (approx $200 per participant) | Duration: 2 hours
We start the session by each person briefly introducing themselves, their challenges, and their goals for attending.
We celebrate your bravery for attending and sharing your journey and struggles.
We wrap up introductions with aligning group expectations and outline the agenda for the rest of the session.
I'll provide a comprehensive overview of menopause while encouraging everyone to share their experiences - the good, the bad, and the ugly in between.
With each person's story, it'll highlight the variability of symptoms and hormonal changes, fostering a sense of understanding and camaraderie across your group.
We then hold space to facilitate a guided discussion on symptom management strategies such as lifestyle adjustments including hormonal (MHT/HRT) and non-hormonal options, nutrition, stress management, and mindfulness practices.
Peer-to-peer learning is highly encouraged - including sharing of tips, success stories, and everything in between.
I then work collectively to outline practical steps to the whole group, while offering tailored advice to individual participants based on their input and their preferences.
Based on what was discussed and people's action plan's, I provide shared resources (e.g., menopause guides, symptom trackers).
If there are any unanswered questions, this is the time we address them and encourage group discussion.
To wrap everything up, I provide a summary of the session's key points and discuss options for follow-up group or individual sessions.
