We then shift to focus on your current challenges, symptoms, and what you would like to achieve from our session together. 


We then set clear objectives for the session and outline how we will work together.

I share practical education on the biology of menopause - covering hormonal changes, common symptoms, and their impact on your body and mind. 


You'll receive evidence-based strategies for symptom relief, from lifestyle and nutrition to both hormonal and non-hormonal treatments. The goal: to help you understand the link between hormones, wellbeing, and menopause.

Based on your symptoms and your preferences, we'll collaboratively create a personalised action plan aiming to achieve your unique needs and goals. 


We then shift into practical steps for symptom management, such as dietary recommendations, exercise routines, and mindfulness practices including menopause replacement therapy MRT/HRT and non-hormonal options.

 

By the end, you'll have various resources, such as handouts or guides, to support you between sessions.
