Coaching Pathways
Sometimes one conversation is the right place to start. Sometimes you want structured support, accountability and a longer-term plan as you navigate the changes ahead. In addition to her two individual 1:1 coaching session option available to book online, Paula offers private and group coaching pathways for women who want ongoing, practical support through menopause, midlife and the next stage of life.
For women ready to make meaningful, sustainable change. Private coaching is designed for high-impact women who want dedicated, personalised support to navigate their health, confidence, work, relationships, identity and future direction with greater clarity and intention. Available in 3, 6 or 12-month pathways, this is a deeper coaching experience for women who want to build strategies that support not just the next few weeks, but the decades ahead. Together, you may work on:
This is not about “fixing” yourself or chasing perfection. It is about investing in the clarity, capacity and support you need to lead yourself through midlife change as no one can do this for you. Private coaching is by invitation only and available to existing clients who have completed at least one 1:1 session with Paula. This ensures the pathway is appropriate, personalised and aligned with what you need now.
Support, strategy and connection without doing it alone. Group coaching is for women who want practical guidance and shared encouragement in a supportive, confidential setting. It may be right for you if you are looking for a more accessible investment than private coaching, value learning alongside women who understand the season you are in or want the accountability and perspective that can come from a well-facilitated group. While every woman’s goals are individual, the group creates a space to:
Group coaching is not medical care, group therapy or a substitute for advice from your GP or specialist. It is a facilitated coaching environment focused on education, practical strategies, self-advocacy and meaningful personal progress.
You do not need to decide on a long-term program before you have been heard. Start with a 1:1 session with Paula. From there, you can explore whether ongoing private coaching, a future group program or another next step is right for you. Want more information? Forever Again: What Every Man Needs to Know to Keep the Team Together:
A men friendly session to give you the practical tools to support your partner in perimenopause/menopause
You’ve put in years together - careers, kids, sport, mortgages, ageing parents, late‑night emails.
Now things should be easier… but at home it feels tense, flat or distant. Intimacy is rare or gone. You’re walking on eggshells or quietly checking out.
If you’re a man in your 40s, 50s or early 60s wondering 'What happened to us?' or 'Did I do something wrong?' as you and your partner goes through midlife changes, this session is for you.
If you're a midlife woman who is 'trying' to educate your partner or you don't know how to talk to your partner about what you are experiencing, book him in or share this with him.
In Australia, divorce rates peak in the midlife decades exactly when perimenopause, menopause and midlife health issues collide with work and family pressures. At the same time, almost half of midlife women report poor se/xual wellbeing, and many feel distressed about intimacy.
Most men were never taught what perimenopause, and menopause does to a woman’s body, brain and libido or what midlife does to their own hormones, energy, sleep, erections and patience.
This gap is wrecking good relationships that could be saved.
Don't let your relationship be a statistic to the Midlife relationship strain or worst 'Meno-divorce'
Reconnecting or staying intimately connected in midlife is not only about romance, but also tightly interwoven with physical, mental and relational health.
‘I did not know what to expect……. I came defensive and left relieved. Now I finally understand what’s happening to her and to me.’
‘This should be mandatory for every married man. It completely changed how I see my partner.’
'I now have the base knowledge and tools to support my wife and ensure she is getting the best support.'
