Your brain feels different. You feel anxious, overwhelmed along with a body that no longer feels like the one you knew, yet struggle to explain it without being dismissed.
Together, we can help you understand the patterns, prepare for clinical conversations, create practical next steps for your health, work and life.

This is about more than “just hormones”
When you are exhausted, anxious, not sleeping, losing confidence or wondering why your body and brain feel different, the internet can leave you with more information but less clarity.
You may hear about oestrogen, progesterone and testosterone. Then come the conversations about cortisol, thyroid health, insulin, stress, sleep, nutrition, supplements, burnout and “hormone balance”. It is no wonder many women feel overwhelmed, dismissed or unsure what to believe.
This is where Paula’s whole-system, biopsychosocial approach makes the difference.
With more than 25 years in transformation, coaching and change leadership alongside ongoing menopause and women’s-health education Paula helps you get clear on all the conflicting information and see the bigger picture of your life.
Together, you explore how changing hormones, symptoms, sleep, stress, health history, work, relationships, identity and daily demands may be interacting.
This is not about chasing a perfect hormone profile or finding a quick fix. It is about identifying the patterns that matter, understanding the questions worth taking to your GP or specialist, and building practical strategies that help you feel clearer, more capable and more in control of your next steps.
Important: Paula provides evidence-informed education and coaching, not medical diagnosis, pathology interpretation, prescribing or treatment. Coaching complements the care of your GP, specialist and other qualified health professionals—helping you prepare, advocate for yourself and follow through on the changes that matter to you. Health-coaching standards distinguish education, behaviour-change support and goal setting from clinical diagnosis and prescribing.

You may look like you are coping. But every day you feel like a duck treading water!
You may be getting through the day, meeting expectations and caring for everyone else while privately wondering why you do not feel like yourself anymore.
You do not need to prove that you are struggling before you seek clarity and support.

Move from “Something is wrong with me” to a clearer understanding of what has changed, what may be influencing it and what deserves attention.

While every woman’s experience is different, clients commonly seek to leave with:
You may not leave with every answer—and coaching is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. You will leave feeling better informed, more organised and more able to decide what support you need now.

Personalised support for the woman behind the symptoms
You may not need more conflicting information. You may need time, structure and a trusted person to help you sort through what is changing and decide what to do next.
In 1:1 menopause and midlife coaching, we work through your priorities at your pace. That may include symptom patterns, appointment preparation, workplace confidence, self-advocacy, boundaries, identity, career questions or creating a practical plan for the next stage.
I’m Paula Bradbrook, founder of Your Menopause Doula, based in Adelaide and working online with women across Australia and beyond.
Before founding this work, I spent more than 25 years in leadership, transformation, coaching, process improvement, change management, sales, marketing and organisational development.
My own experience of perimenopause and menopause made something impossible to ignore: women are often expected to manage one of life’s most significant biopsychosocial transitions with too little information, language, clinical support or workplace understanding.
Now, I bring change-management rigour, practical coaching, education and compassion to women navigating midlife change.
This is not about “fixing” you. It is about helping you understand what is changing, identify what support you need, and lead yourself through the decades with greater clarity, confidence and zero regrets.
